At 1,540 m above sealevel, you are under the spell of the view, which enchants you with a smile. The Lechtaler and Allgäuer alps are within your grasp. What could be better? Due to the properties setting to the South you can follow the course of the sun despite the season. Enjoy a sunny breakfast, a heartwarming lunch or a peaceful drop of liquor at sunset.
The six apartments offer with their size of 85 m2 enough space to find the best sunny place to unwind.
The Residenz Tirol with all its apartments is seated in a small hamlet at the dead end of the mountain road. Why is that important? At this place, high above the valley, tranquility enfolds. Here the dullness of everyday life dissipates and nature is in control. That’s nature at its best.
Relaxed Holidays in Tyrol
The wildlife sanctuary Lechtal is tempting not only in winter but also in summer. In winter the region is well known to be one of the snow richest areas of Europe.
Furthermore, in summer many opportunities are provided – wonderful hiking paths are laid at the foot of the apartment house. The path through the nature reserve Lechtal passes directly by our house. Whoever prefers swimming or fancies to be lazy on the terrace is welcome to our idyllic spot.
After a strenous skiing or hiking day in the region Warth/Lech/Zürs/St. Anton what is to be recommended? Nothing more than a couple of relaxing hours in the wellness area. That’s the way to regain one’s strength. Our place to relax and unwind is on the top floor of our house. So be off to the sauna and enjoy the stunning view and feel indulged.
