The best of it: all these dreams can come true. From our ‚Residenz Tirol‘ you are in reach of Warth, which is an only seven-minutes drive. There, our guests have direct access to the largest connected ski area of the whole of Austria. It outstreches from Warth to St. Anton and awaits every sport type with an assortment of offers to choose from.

Lech, St. Anton, Zürs and Warth are well-known in the world
of winter sports. 305 km of skiing area at 1,270 to 2,810 metres in altitude
skiers and snowboarders find pistes of every description. From steep and mogul
slopes to flat and ideal for carving – no wish or dream remains unfulfilled.
That’s what skiing is like in Tyrol.
Additionally, the Arlberg region is one of the few areas in Europe with
snow guarantee. More snow has yet to be found.

Snowshoeing in Tyrol
For all those nature lovers, who are more keen on enjoying the winter season off the skiing routes, find their destiny in the Arlberg region. Directly from our apartment house run numerous skitouring routes further offering the possibilities of romantic snowshoe trails.
Cross-country skiing
Unbelievable but true even crosscountry skiers are most welcome. Whoever wants to feel the magic of the white glistening winter landscape must come and visit the Lechtal of Tyrol or should experience the high altitude crosscountry ski track at about 1,600 to 1,700 metres in altitude in the skiing area of Warth-Schröcken.
Toboggan
Naturally, friends of sleighing are warmly welcomed. Sleighing is just a great joy for the whole family. The toboggan runs around the house offer fun for everybody, for beginners, who just want to get around it and for athletes, who cannot resist the rush of velocity.
Who is travelling with children, is definitely at the right place in the Arlberg region. After all there are own children areas in the skiing areas, in which children can let off steam.
